Credit packs are one-time purchases. Contact support about unused packs, duplicate charges, or generation problems. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Monthly renewals and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your account. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Monthly credits expire at period end without rollover; one-time pack credits remain valid. Contact support about duplicate charges, service defects or refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
One-time credit purchases
Packs do not auto-renew. One-time pack credits do not expire and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through an applicable refund. The final amount and any taxes are shown before payment. See Pricing.
Requesting a purchase refund
You may request a refund for a wholly unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Contact help@aiclotheschangerfree.com from your account email with the order ID and reason. We will review duplicate charges, missing credit deliveries, and service defects even when a pack has been partly used. Refund eligibility for consumed credits depends on the issue and applicable law; a change of preference about a successfully generated image is not a technical failure.
Failed or blocked generation
Each request reserves 1 credit. A confirmed failed request or a result blocked by safety review returns that credit. A timeout or lost provider connection can leave the result uncertain; the credit remains held while we investigate. Contact support with the generation request ID from your account. Please do not repeatedly resubmit an uncertain request.
Processing and credit adjustments
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and review them within 7 business days. Approved payment refunds are processed through Waffo to the original payment method; the bank or provider determines when funds appear. Refunded purchase credits are withdrawn, and a credit deficit after a reversal can restrict generation until resolved. Any partial refund and credit adjustment will be explained during support review.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights in your jurisdiction. Where immediate supply of digital services affects a withdrawal right, any legally required consent and acknowledgment must be obtained at checkout. Promotional registration credits have no cash refund value. Advertiser purchases follow the advertiser’s separate policy.
